The Renewable Energy Act (Act 832) mandates the Energy Commission to register all renewable energy service providers operating in Ghana.

All renewable energy service providers are therefore requested to download the Registration Form or obtain the form from the Energy Commission’s office, fill out the form and submit it to:

Envelopes containing the Registration Form should be marked, “RE Registration”.

NB: A breach of the above requirement is an offence under the Renewable Energy Act, 2011 (Act 832) and would be sanctioned accordingly.
